Job Requirements
- Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Possess a passion for training and developing your team
- Be willing to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Be committed to delivering legendary guest experiences
- Willing to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Proficient in computer operations related to restaurant management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Manage the Heart-of-House operations to ensure efficient kitchen performance
- Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Supervise and direct all HOH team members providing training and development
- Maintain proper inventory control and ordering processes
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, responsible alcohol service, and sanitation protocols
- Foster a positive and energetic work atmosphere promoting teamwork
- Monitor kitchen equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
