The Kitchen Manager position at Buffalo Wild Wings is a crucial leadership role within the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations, encompassing all kitchen management duties. Job Requirements

  • Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Possess a passion for training and developing your team
  • Be willing to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Be committed to delivering legendary guest experiences
  • Willing to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Proficient in computer operations related to restaurant management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House operations to ensure efficient kitchen performance
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Supervise and direct all HOH team members providing training and development
  • Maintain proper inventory control and ordering processes
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, responsible alcohol service, and sanitation protocols
  • Foster a positive and energetic work atmosphere promoting teamwork
  • Monitor kitchen equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
