Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- valid food handler and food manager certifications
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen management or similar leadership role
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- experience with inventory management and cost control
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- excellent team leadership and communication skills
- familiarity with catering, wholesale, and large-volume food production
- food handler and food manager certifications
Job Duties
- Leading and supervising kitchen staff and daily operations
- maintaining food quality, consistency, and portion standards
- managing inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination
- monitoring food and labor costs and minimizing waste
- ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- training and developing kitchen staff while fostering a strong team culture
- coordinating with front-of-house management to support smooth service and guest satisfaction
