Job Requirements
- 1+ years kitchen or front of house leadership experience
- Valid Food Manager's Certificate
- Valid TABC certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in basic technology
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years kitchen or front of house leadership
- Experience in guest facing roles
- Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong cooking technique and production management skills
- Food Manager's Certificate and TABC certification
- Basic tech proficiency (Excel, Word, email
- Toast POS a plus)
- Experience with purchasing, labor control, and catering preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food prep, ordering, and quality control
- Assign prep and cleaning duties
- ensure highest food standards are met
- Train, mentor, and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Assist General Manager with daily restaurant operations and guest interactions
- Maintain harmonious work environment across all teams
- Support same-day catering program
