Job Requirements

  • 1+ years kitchen or front of house leadership experience
  • Valid Food Manager's Certificate
  • Valid TABC certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in basic technology
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years kitchen or front of house leadership
  • Experience in guest facing roles
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
  • Strong cooking technique and production management skills
  • Food Manager's Certificate and TABC certification
  • Basic tech proficiency (Excel, Word, email
  • Toast POS a plus)
  • Experience with purchasing, labor control, and catering preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including food prep, ordering, and quality control
  • Assign prep and cleaning duties
  • ensure highest food standards are met
  • Train, mentor, and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Assist General Manager with daily restaurant operations and guest interactions
  • Maintain harmonious work environment across all teams
  • Support same-day catering program
