We are a locally owned and rapidly expanding franchise group operating 8 Wingstop locations and 5 Jersey Mike's with plans for further growth. Wingstop is looking for an energetic General Manager to manage one of their bustling restaurant locations. The General Manager will oversee all operational processes, foster team growth, and maintain financial viability and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Food Manager Certification
  • maintain a TABC Certification
  • dependable transportation and means to travel to designated stores
  • availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • compliance with dress code requiring black shoes with anti-skid properties

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or food service management focusing on operational efficiency and personnel supervision
  • prior exposure to the Wingstop brand preferred
  • valid Food Manager Certification
  • maintain a TABC Certification
  • adept in handling interpersonal relations, troubleshooting issues, and building team spirit
  • passion for curating unforgettable guest interactions and fostering staff mentorship
  • integrity, reliability, and professionalism
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the restaurant to maintain excellence in food quality, customer service, hygiene, and team productivity
  • recruit individuals, provide training, and support the advancement of team members while promoting a culture of respect and engagement in the workplace
  • showcase outstanding hospitality and encourage team members to hold themselves accountable
  • enhance cost management by strategically coordinating inventory, scheduling, and ordering processes to minimize food and labor expenses
  • keep an eye on the financial performance, establish goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • abide by all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and company regulations
  • arrange frequent team sessions to harmonize objectives and strengthen the beliefs of the organization
  • work hand in hand with district and regional authorities to facilitate marketing initiatives and community engagement
  • tackle customer concerns promptly and warmly to uphold robust guest satisfaction scores
  • cultivate a workplace culture that champions continuous improvement and supports the internal development of employees
