Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures computer operations
  • passion for training and developing your team

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in restaurant kitchen or food service management
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • effective leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • familiarity with labor laws and health codes
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety
  • manage and provide direction to heart-of-house team members
  • maintain compliance with labor laws health codes and sanitation standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff for optimal performance
  • coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • enforce safety and security policies in the kitchen area
