Job Requirements

  • Preferably, have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House team
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Manage kitchen operations to maintain food quality and timely service
  • Implement safety and security procedures within the kitchen area
  • Support continuous learning and best practices in food preparation and team leadership
