Job Requirements
- Preferably, have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing your team
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House team
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain food quality and timely service
- Implement safety and security procedures within the kitchen area
- Support continuous learning and best practices in food preparation and team leadership
