- available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- ability to stand, bend, and lift continuously up to 60 pounds
- exposure to heat and kitchen environment
- minimum one year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position

Job Duties
- Deliver great food prepared to company standards
- ensure adherence to all food safety standards
- place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies, and cleaning chemicals
- maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
- participate in weekly or monthly inventories
- maintain budgeted food cost
- write weekly kitchen schedules
- manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards
