Job Requirements

  • minimum 21 years of age or older
  • available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
  • ability to stand, bend, and lift continuously up to 60 pounds
  • exposure to heat and kitchen environment
  • minimum one year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position

Job Duties

  • Deliver great food prepared to company standards
  • ensure adherence to all food safety standards
  • place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies, and cleaning chemicals
  • maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • participate in weekly or monthly inventories
  • maintain budgeted food cost
  • write weekly kitchen schedules
  • manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards
