Job Requirements
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership or management experience in a full service restaurant
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and food safety requirements
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain

- Associate's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Job Duties

- Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop team members for future leadership opportunities

- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
- Assist with menu rollouts and recipe standardization
- Maintain excellence in execution during all service periods
- Resolve guest and kitchen-related concerns promptly and professionally
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the guest experience
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
- Maintain full compliance with health department regulations and ServSafe standards
- Enforce proper food storage, labeling, dating, and FIFO procedures
- Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repairs are addressed promptly
- Monitor and control food, labor, beverage, and operational costs
- Manage scheduling to align with business needs and labor targets
- Conduct regular inventory counts and minimize waste
- Oversee ordering and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels of food, smallwares, and supplies
- Develop and maintain prep lists and production schedules
