Job Requirements

  • Must consent to a background check
  • Must be able to obtain ServSafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to work 50 plus hours per week
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work with hot and cold food items

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of restaurant management experience
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • High school degree sufficient with leadership experience
  • Extremely friendly and polite with attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop a diverse staff
  • Ability to handle coaching in stressful environments professionally

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant
  • Engaging with staff and supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
  • Assisting with guest complaints from dining room or carry out areas
  • Communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other various issues
  • Monitoring the maintenance of the building and equipment and contacting maintenance team when repairs are required
  • Coaching and developing staff
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
