Founded by Mike Connor with the support of family and friends, this establishment has evolved into one of the premier casual dining concepts in the Southeast of the United States. With nine locations spread across three states, The Chop House has built a reputation for delivering quality-driven dining experiences paired with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant prides itself on offering excellent service and high-quality food that guests can consistently rely on. The team at The Chop House is fully committed to exceeding guests' expectations by providing superior value and memorable service. The Chop House is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations of one of its locations. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and looking to advance their career in restaurant management. The manager will be responsible for ensuring guests receive the highest level of service while maintaining the smooth functioning of the restaurant. The role includes assisting with recruiting, retaining, and developing staff, thereby fostering a positive and productive working environment. The manager reports directly to the general manager and plays a vital role in supporting the overall business goals.

In addition to being a critical leadership role within the company, this management position offers various benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Industry-leading compensation exceeding $5,000 per year is provided, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding excellence and dedication. Employees benefit from comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, including prescription drug benefits. Additional company-paid benefits include short-term and long-term disability insurance as well as life insurance. Voluntary accident and critical illness insurance plans are available to further support employee well-being.

The Chop House also prioritizes employee assistance through support programs and provides paid vacation time alongside quarterly bonus opportunities. Employees are encouraged to participate in fun and educational seminars and training sessions, some of which may include travel, all aimed at career development. The company’s policy of closing on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day ensures staff enjoy time with their families during major holidays. Moreover, the company offers clear career progression paths, starting from entry-level positions and extending up to General Manager roles, making it a place where passionate hospitality professionals can grow both their skills and their careers.

Overall, working at The Chop House means joining a team dedicated to hospitality excellence and quality food in a lively, classic American steakhouse setting.
