Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and cost control
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Strong leadership style—hands-on, motivating, and team-focused
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen team—hire, train, coach, and build a strong, accountable crew
  • Execute and evolve menus with the leadership team, keeping things fresh and on-trend
  • Own food quality, consistency, and presentation every shift
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and costs to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully compliant with health standards
  • Improve workflows to keep tickets moving and guests happy
  • Support the front of house and step in on guest experience when needed
