Job Requirements
- 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and cost control
- ServSafe Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen team—hire, train, coach, and build a strong, accountable crew

- Own food quality, consistency, and presentation every shift
- Manage inventory, ordering, and costs to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
