Job Requirements

  • At least three years in a kitchen manager or similar executive-level role
  • Experience with grand openings including staffing a restaurant kitchen from scratch
  • Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • Passion for seafood cuisine

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in kitchen management or an executive culinary role
  • Expertise in seafood culinary preparation and menu development
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with restaurant grand openings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary operations and manage kitchen staff
  • Develop and innovate seafood menus aligned with current trends
  • Oversee food cost management and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen employees
  • Collaborate with management on grand openings and kitchen staffing
  • Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements
