The Kitchen Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting leadership opportunity for individuals who combine culinary expertise with strong management skills in high-volume, fast-paced retail entertainment settings. As a Kitchen Manager, you are the guardian of the Food & Beverage program, responsible for bringing nationally recognized menus to life while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and safety. This role involves overseeing food operations including purchasing, preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage, with a strong focus on maintaining budget goals related to revenue, cost of sales, labor, and operating cash flow. You will work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to plan and execute events, ensuring exceptional food and beverage service from preparation through cleanup.

As the leader of the kitchen team, you will recruit, hire, train, and retain talented cooks, dishwashers, and servers, fostering a positive team environment that supports exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The Kitchen Manager role requires someone with a clear understanding of inventory management and scheduling to efficiently accommodate shifts in business volume. Commitment to compliance is critical, as you will be responsible for kitchen sanitation audits, equipment maintenance, and adherence to local Department of Health regulations. Experience with banquet-style event preparation is desirable, with the flexibility to assist in cooking as needed.

Your role as Kitchen Manager is integral to the overall success of the center, reporting directly to the General Manager and acting as a key contributor in all food-related operational matters. This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a highly developed sense of customer service. The work environment is active and physically demanding, requiring walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and some light lifting. Ideal candidates possess at least three years of kitchen management experience in environments like high-volume retail, entertainment venues, hospitality, or restaurants. A Bachelor’s degree or culinary certification is preferred, along with current ServSafe certification. The ability to become a ServSafe instructor is a plus.

If you thrive in a vibrant, dynamic setting where food, fun, and customer delight are priorities, the Kitchen Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth, employee development, and participation in an industry-leading entertainment company.
