Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden is a distinguished restaurant in Austin, Texas, owned and operated by Tc4 & Co Hospitality. Established in 2011 by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, Tc4 & Co has built a respected hospitality group known for its dedication to hard work, high standards, and notable hospitality. With multiple award-winning restaurants in the Austin area, including The League Kitchen & Tavern, Mighty Fine Burgers, and Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden, the company prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences rooted in family recipes, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors. Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join their team. This key role involves overseeing the daily operations of the back-of-house kitchen to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality food production. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for supervising all food preparation and cooking, maintaining stock and inventory, and ensuring that safety and sanitation standards meet regulatory requirements. A successful Kitchen Manager at Tony C's is an effective leader capable of managing kitchen staff, ensuring timely food delivery, and upholding the restaurant's commitment to notable hospitality.   • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
