The role available is that of a Kitchen Manager, a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the back-of-house kitchen in one of Tony C's bustling restaurants. The Kitchen Manager’s duties involve supervising food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and quality, maintaining a fully stocked kitchen inventory, and upholding strict safety and cleanliness standards. This role demands strong leadership and organizational abilities, as the manager will be guiding the kitchen staff to deliver quality dishes efficiently, ensuring all plates meet the restaurant’s high standards and that guests enjoy a "Notably Hospitable" dining experience.
Successful candidates will be expected to coordinate food orders, manage shift schedules, train staff on proper food preparation and plating techniques, monitor portion sizes, and uphold compliance with food safety and sanitation practices. Additionally, the Kitchen Manager will be instrumental in managing costs by keeping accurate weekly and monthly reports.
