The role available is a management position within the restaurant, where the successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations and ensure that guests consistently receive top-tier service. As part of the management team, the candidate will play a vital role in recruiting, retaining, and developing the restaurant staff while maintaining high operational standards. Given that the new restaurant’s opening date is subject to change, applicants will initially complete a 4 to 8-week development program at one of Connors Steak & Seafood's existing locations, which could be in Sarasota, FL; Fort Myers, FL; Alpharetta, GA; or Huntsville, AL. This training period is designed to immerse the candidate in the company culture, operational processes, and service expectations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to complete 4 to 8 weeks development at existing restaurant locations
- Valid work authorization
