- Held responsible positions of prep or line cook
- Ability to train, guide and lead staff
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Follow sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, production output, and food costs
- Maintain ongoing proper food inventory levels and product pricing
- Follow company guidelines on vendor relationships
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing menu sales promotions and ensuring their success
- Assist the General Manager with recruiting and hiring Kitchen Crew and Utility Staff
- Assure all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
