  • Ability to train, guide and lead staff

  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Follow sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, production output, and food costs
  • Maintain ongoing proper food inventory levels and product pricing
  • Follow company guidelines on vendor relationships
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing menu sales promotions and ensuring their success
  • Assist the General Manager with recruiting and hiring Kitchen Crew and Utility Staff
  • Assure all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
