Founded in 2011 by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, Tc4 & Co Hospitality has established itself as a leader in the Austin dining scene with multiple award-winning restaurant concepts. These include Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden, The League Kitchen & Tavern, Mighty Fine Burgers, and Tony C's, each known for exceptional quality, distinctive flavors, and a commitment to delivering notable hospitality. Tony C's Coal Fired Pizza is celebrated for its New York-style pizza and Italian American dishes, crafted using family recipes and fresh ingredients, cooked in a traditional coal-fired oven heated to nearly 1000 degrees, setting it "a few degrees above the rest." As a Kitchen Manager at Tony C's, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the back of house operations to ensure the highest quality food preparation and delivery standards. This role involves managing kitchen staff, organizing and supervising food preparation and cooking processes, and maintaining the kitchen’s inventory and sanitation standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's high standards and are served promptly.
The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for training staff on food prep and plating techniques, managing scheduling, and ordering necessary food and equipment supplies. Maintaining compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations is a top priority, along with ensuring the proper storage of all food items. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational and conflict management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a dedication to fostering a hospitable and collaborative kitchen culture.
