Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in kitchen management or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with team supervision experience
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to participate in physically active work environment

  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage kitchen inventory and control costs
  • Experience with recipe execution and food prep in high-volume settings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily Back of House operations and supervise food prep and recipe execution
  • Supervise catering events and manage high-volume food service
  • Monitor and develop kitchen teammates and evaluate staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Maintain fully-stocked kitchen inventory and control operational costs
  • Create detailed reports of revenues and expenses weekly, monthly, and annually
  • Participate actively in the dynamic work environment
