This position is responsible for knowledge of labor and cost of goods sold (COGS) budgeting, scheduling based on business needs, and handling various types of food orders including catering, banquets, to-go orders, delivery, and in-restaurant dining. Ideal candidates will be adept at using Microsoft Excel for scheduling and inventory purposes and possess essential certifications such as food handler and Basset permits. The role also requires conducting inventory and knowing how to make effective schedules to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $50,000 to $65,000 annually with opportunities for bonus pay.
