Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS, etc

Job Duties
- Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
- coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
- coach teammates on how actions impact the guest experience and how results indicate the level of guest service provided
- positively interact and visit with guests and solicit feedback
- handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from the teammate level and escalate to GM and DO as necessary
- ensure the quality of all restaurant facilities by aligning with General Manager and Director on priority needs and communicating with vendors
- model standards and expected behaviors for restaurant managers and teammates
- model and teach company values and culture
- model and train on new menu items and changes in standards
- write schedules for department staff
- coach teammates on operational excellence, maintenance, and facilities
- motivate teammates to improve performance
- deliver positive and constructive performance feedback and align on disciplinary action when needed
- develop leadership skills in self and teammates
- establish plans and communicate strategy to General Manager and management staff
