Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee back of the house kitchen operations
  • direct activities of kitchen hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • implement purchasing and cost controls
  • ensure made from scratch food is made to specification
  • perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
  • provide coaching, feedback, and people development
  • maintain compliance with alcohol service and food safety certifications
