  • Supervising employees assigning duties creating a shift schedule

  • Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to the General Manager
  • Managing employee requests
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies health and safety standards
  • Coaching team members and training new staff
  • Handling customer issues and employee disputes
