Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • multiple years of relevant culinary experience
  • prior management experience in culinary operations
  • ability to work early morning and evening shifts
  • experience with cooking and prep for all meal periods
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to manage inventory and ordering
  • must submit a resume for consideration

Job Qualifications

  • multiple years of cooking experience
  • experience in menu creation
  • previous managerial experience in a kitchen setting
  • prior experience in line cooking and meal prep
  • knowledge of product ordering and inventory management
  • experience with catering for groups and meetings
  • baking experience is a plus
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • collaborate with the General Manager on all food and beverage operations
  • oversee kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
  • manage menu creation and implementation
  • handle product ordering and inventory control
  • prepare and cook food for all meal periods including breakfast and dinner
  • coordinate catering for meetings and group events
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
