Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- multiple years of relevant culinary experience
- prior management experience in culinary operations
- ability to work early morning and evening shifts
- experience with cooking and prep for all meal periods
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to manage inventory and ordering
- must submit a resume for consideration
Job Qualifications
- multiple years of cooking experience
- experience in menu creation
- previous managerial experience in a kitchen setting
- prior experience in line cooking and meal prep
- knowledge of product ordering and inventory management

Job Duties
- collaborate with the General Manager on all food and beverage operations
- oversee kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
- manage menu creation and implementation
- handle product ordering and inventory control
- prepare and cook food for all meal periods including breakfast and dinner
- coordinate catering for meetings and group events
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
