The Kitchen Manager will report directly to the General Manager and serve as the culinary leader responsible for overseeing all daily kitchen activities. This role demands a proactive approach to managing kitchen staff, controlling food quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The chosen candidate will demonstrate expertise in culinary techniques such as frying, grilling, toasting, sautéing, food assembly, and plating. They will be entrusted with critical responsibilities including managing kitchen budgets, inventory control, scheduling, and staff retention while also maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This position requires a passionate leader who upholds our company’s values in hospitality, quality, and teamwork. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Kitchen Manager will also collaborate closely with front-of-house staff and management to orchestrate special events and enhance overall service delivery. The kitchen manager should be adaptable, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and ready to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. A Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a mandatory qualification for this role.   • Proven experience as a kitchen manager, executive chef, or similar role

  • in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to multi-task in a dynamic, high-volume setting
  • must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
