Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a kitchen manager, executive chef, or similar role
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multi-task in a dynamic, high-volume setting
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- food safety and hygiene certification
- diverse bilingual speakers encouraged to apply
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a kitchen manager, executive chef, or similar role

- bilingual speakers of Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Cape Verdean Creole preferred
Job Duties
- Understand our culture and take necessary steps to create a positive and memorable guest experience
- oversee all kitchen and food preparation activities ensuring dishes are portioned correctly and meet quality standards
- conduct taste and quality checks regularly
- ensure meals are safe according to company policies on guest allergies and intolerances
- manage kitchen budgets and implement cost-saving measures
- control inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- retain, train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff ensuring adequate staffing
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment and handle inspections
- ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- collaborate with management to plan special events
- assist team members and answer questions to support guest service
