Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- 2 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role
- knife skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including flexible hours
- must be present on-site during scheduled shift
- able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- stamina to work up to 60 hours per week
- strong self-discipline initiative and leadership ability
- neat and clean appearance
- good communication skills
- ability to motivate and organize team
- maintain open communication
- attendance at weekly meetings
- travel to other company stores as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree or related degree preferred
- 2 years experience in a full-service restaurant
- 2 years experience in a kitchen leadership role

- bilingual a plus
- state of Wisconsin food manager certificate servsafe preferred
- reliable transportation
Job Duties
- plan organize train and lead kitchen team to achieve sales costs retention guest service satisfaction food quality and cleanliness objectives
- manage all kitchen functions including food purchasing preparation and quality maintenance
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- conduct weekly in-store manager meetings to review performance
- maintain open-door policy with staff for communication and feedback
- motivate employees to work cohesively as a team
- handle kitchen operations efficiently under pressure
