Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen manager must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
