Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen manager must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Manage back-of-house hourly associates
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
  • implement purchasing and cost controls
  • ensure food is made to specification
  • perform administrative and accounting duties
  • follow up with corrective actions when necessary
  • maintain food safety and alcohol service certifications
