Job Requirements
- Culinary experience of at least 1 year
- Experience in kitchen management in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in kitchen and restaurant management software especially Google applications
- Willingness to relocate to Providence RI before starting work
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings late nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume excellence-driven environment
- Extensive culinary knowledge with a commitment to continual learning
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Strong work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in Google applications and other standard kitchen management tools
- Availability to work full-time including some early mornings late nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee services and kitchen operations ensuring food quality presentation and service meet Chomp's high standards
- Lead inspire and develop kitchen staff to create a unified high-performing team
- Foster a positive collaborative work environment that aligns with Chomp’s culture
- Maintain a focus on cleanliness safety and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house personnel to ensure seamless service and consistent guest experience
- Continually seek ways to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
