Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or 4 year degree in restaurant management, hospitality, culinary or minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
- successful completion of the Management Training Program (for internal promote)
- experience in both front of house and back of house management preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work with diverse groups
- leadership ability
- results oriented
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- safety mindset
- knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and inventory management
- proficiency in technology including MS Office and KDS
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of labor laws and health codes preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and train employees on all aspects of restaurant operations
- focus on managing kitchen staff and kitchen functions
- embrace and model the mission, vision, and values of Famous Dave's
- identify, support, and execute plans to achieve goals for people, sales, and profits
- ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures
- confirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- manage inventory, budgeting, and labor costs
