Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
  • Valid Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for healthy food and clean cooking
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations
  • Manage inventory ordering and labor allocation to optimize performance
  • Actively work the line or expo station during peak hours
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
