Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a kitchen team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

  • Previous experience in kitchen management or supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen crew including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers

  • Collaborate with front-of-house team to provide timely service
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Train kitchen staff on best practices and maintain clean workspaces

  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently from prep to service
