Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- ability to follow Ban the Box and Fair Chance Hiring guidelines

- direct the activities of back of the house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- implement purchasing and cost controls
- follow up with corrective action where needed
- ensure made from scratch food is made to specification
- perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
- maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service certifications
- manage back of house operations and team performance
