Job Requirements

2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
high school diploma or equivalent
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
ability to lift 25-50 pounds
ability to follow Ban the Box and Fair Chance Hiring guidelines

Job Duties

direct the activities of back of the house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
implement purchasing and cost controls
follow up with corrective action where needed
ensure made from scratch food is made to specification
perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service certifications
manage back of house operations and team performance
