We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to join our team full-time in the Atlanta Metro area. - Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
- management or hospitality experience a plus
- experience in managing COGS and labor
- servsafe certified or able to complete certification
- must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Own back-of-house/kitchen sanitation and operations
- hire, train and manage all team members
- manage inventory of food and beverage
- handle back-of-house budget
- attend all staff meetings
- comply with county health standards
- stay up to date on company’s BOH processes
- train team on updated processes and specials
- assist with orientation and onboarding new staff
