Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Direct the activities of the back of the house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Implement purchasing and cost controls
- Follow up with corrective actions where needed
- Ensure "made from scratch" food is prepared to specification
- Perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
- Maintain compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Support general manager and perform other duties as assigned
