An integral part of this role involves managing the cost of goods sold (COGS), including ordering supplies, receiving inventory, managing invoices and returns, and maintaining appropriate pars to minimize waste and optimize resources. The Kitchen Manager will also need to demonstrate strong crisis management skills, quickly adapting to changes and solving problems as they arise.

Beyond daily operations, this position includes orientation and training of new hires, ongoing team development, and motivating staff through effective communication, coaching, and performance reviews.   • Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
