We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Kitchen Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a leader who can supervise and motivate kitchen staff including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers, while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for enforcing food safety protocols and sanitation practices, making sure that all meals are prepared in accordance with company recipes and portion control guidelines. In addition to managing food preparation, this role includes monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as necessary, and coordinating closely with front-of-house staff to guarantee timely and accurate food service. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the Kitchen Manager will be the point of contact for resolving any kitchen-related issues or emergencies. By providing training on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures, the Kitchen Manager ensures that the team is knowledgeable and compliant with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring prior kitchen supervisory experience, strong leadership abilities, and a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in kitchen management or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in kitchen equipment use and maintenance
