This position demands expertise in managing food costs and labor budgets by conducting food cost studies and p-mix analyses, scheduling staff according to budgetary requirements, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory protocols. Furthermore, the Kitchen Manager will be directly involved in hiring, training, coaching, and developing culinary staff including grill chefs, prep cooks, and dishroom associates. They will establish effective communication practices across kitchen and front-of-house teams and foster a positive, productive work environment.

They will support the execution of catering and banquet events and assist in introducing chef’s specials to enhance the menu offerings.
