Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- minimum three years relevant restaurant or kitchen operations experience
- at least one year of supervisory experience
- ServeSafe Manager certification or commitment to obtain
- availability for late-night and weekend shifts
- ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to flex between kitchen and fulfillment operations
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in a medium or high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment
- one or more years of experience leading teams including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and managing performance
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow team members
- creative problem solver with a data-driven decision-making mindset
- proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- ability to handle late-night and weekend schedules
- familiarity with inventory management systems and multi-operation site best practices
Job Duties
- Lead a team of hourly Kitchen Associates and Shift Leads with compassion and inclusivity
- hire, coach, and develop team members to build a safety-first culture
- manage daily kitchen operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- ensure food safety, recipe accuracy, and order quality across multiple food concepts
- analyze performance metrics and implement solutions to drive efficiency
- coordinate with cross-functional partners for operational support and escalations
- oversee inventory controls and compliance with safety protocols
