Job Requirements
- Must consent to a background check
- Must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to work with hot and cold food items
- Must be available to work 50+ hours per week
- Weekend availability is required
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- College degree preferred but not required
- High school degree sufficient with leadership experience
- Extremely friendly, polite and a people person with attention to detail
- Great communication skills to help staff understand daily expectations
- Ability to coach and develop a diverse staff and handle coaching in stressful environments professionally
Job Duties
- Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant
- Engaging with the staff as well as the supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
- Assisting with any guest complaints from the dining room or carry out areas
- Communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other various issues
- Monitoring the maintenance of the building and equipment and contacting the maintenance team when repairs are required
