This particular opportunity is for the position of Kitchen Manager at Applebee's. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing all back-of-house operations. This role is critical in ensuring that every aspect of kitchen management runs smoothly, including staff supervision, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, enforcing purchasing and cost control measures, and addressing any issues requiring corrective action. You will lead a team of hourly kitchen associates and play a key role in creating a productive, efficient, and safe kitchen environment. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
