The Kitchen Manager, also known as the Heart-of-House (HOH) Manager, plays a vital role in the restaurant's operations by overseeing the kitchen team and ensuring the quality and timely execution of all food preparation and service activities. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of relevant management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to supervise and train staff
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
