The role of Kitchen Manager at Applebee's is a critical leadership position responsible for the entire back-of-house operations. The Kitchen Manager directs the activities of hourly associates working in the kitchen, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • this position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds
