In this role, you will be responsible for managing the back-of-house operations, including overseeing hourly associates, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and controlling purchasing and costs. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
