Job Requirements

  • Must consent to a background check
  • must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
  • must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire
  • must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire
  • must have a valid driver's license and insurance

Job Qualifications

  • Has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • college degree is preferred but not required
  • high school degree is sufficient if you have leadership experience
  • extremely friendly, polite and a people person who has attention to detail
  • great communication skills
  • ability to coach and develop a diverse staff

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant
  • engaging with the staff as well as the supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
  • assisting with any guest complaints from the dining room or carry out areas
  • communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other various issues
  • monitoring the maintenance of the building and equipment and contacting the maintenance team when repairs are required
  • coaching and developing diverse staff
  • handling in the moment coaching events in a stressful environment in a professional manner
