We are currently hiring for the position of Kitchen Manager at Applebee's restaurants nationwide. This role is critical to the success of our operations and requires an individual who is capable of leading the back-of-house staff with efficiency, care, and dedication. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions, including ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health and alcohol regulations. This role involves managing purchasing and cost controls to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will direct hourly associates, ensure adherence to operational guidelines, and take corrective actions as necessary to deliver a seamless dining experience.
