We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team and lead our kitchen operations. The Kitchen Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of food quality and operational efficiency that Jack Brown's is known for. This person will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, from managing and mentoring kitchen staff to developing effective food preparation processes. In addition, the Kitchen Manager will ensure that the kitchen complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, guaranteeing a safe and clean environment for both employees and guests.

The role involves close collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager and front-of-house team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong leadership presence, excellent problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. This position demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, requiring both technical knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques and the ability to manage inventory effectively. Job Qualifications
