In the role of Kitchen Manager at Houligan's, you will take on a pivotal leadership position that involves overseeing the daily culinary operations of your location. This role requires a hands-on, proactive professional who will inspire and manage the kitchen staff to consistently deliver a positive guest experience and maintain high standards of quality and safety. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for supervising all hourly kitchen employees and managing administrative functions such as payroll and scheduling to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Beyond operational management, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to menu innovation and culinary item development, enhancing Houligan's reputation for excellent food.
