Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- availability to work a flexible schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- entrepreneurial mindset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- experience in full casual dining or casual plus environment preferred
- hands-on experience in back of house operations
- previous exposure to a scratch kitchen is highly advantageous
- familiarity with POS systems
- bilingual skills a plus
