Texas Roadhouse is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Manager to join their team. The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures, recruiting and recommending hires, scheduling shifts, and fostering a fun, safe, and clean work environment that reflects Texas Roadhouse’s core values.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in kitchen management or similar role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- passion for made-from-scratch food and commitment to quality
- valid food handler certification preferred
