Job Requirements
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- passion for training and developing the team
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
- computer operation skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
